My recommendation

My recommendation is if you are looking for a cheap way to cleanse with little care about the stresses it puts your body through then go for it! Personally though, I believe there are far more beneficial ways to cleanse and loose weight. Simple habits like ensuring you are drinking plenty of water, eating well and getting a good nights rest with the inclusion of being physically active is far more effective on the body rather than putting yourself through starvation for 2 weeks and being left to feel deprived of energy.
